We thought it was going to rain.  It was so dreary, we turned on the dragonfly lights.  Chip enjoyed climbing around the vines.

Chip and I finally made it to the overlook at Green Ridge State Forest.  As you can see, he got his feet wet!

Chip and I went to get my free mocha.  He thinks this mermaid isn't as pretty as Ariel.

Chip points the way to Larriland Farms.  Going here was something I had to do in my effort to enjoy this autumn season.  Freddie and I went on a lot of hayrides here.  Sometimes I couldn't get him to leave.  We got caught in the rain one time and left in a hurry.  On the way home he said we forgot to go around the barn to look at the cow.  We had quite a surprise when we got home -- a yard full of cows!  The herd from across the road was loose again.

Fell asleep before I posted last night.  Found Chip hanging out in the redbud tree.

I decided to commemorate my life at 60 by taking a picture every day.  I've had this Chip figurine for years and decided that he would be the star here on my blog.  I stopped at Green Ridge State Forest in MD today.  The autumn colors were nice there.  I was going to go to the overlook but the gnats were terrible.  So Chip just posed on a fence post!
